Automation of corporate oil stock and fueling stations

COMPREHENSIVE CONTROL OF FUEL MOVEMENT: FROM RECEIPT TO COMBUSTION IN THE ENGINE.

FUEL METERING AND GAS STATIONS .

Each filling dispenser equipped with flow and fuel density sensors, which are connected with the system control for accurate counting of material. Refueling occurs after two-level authorization, by applying the driver’s Smart card to the reader on the dispenser, and also after automatically reading the GPS monitoring chip. Refueling of vehicles can be done as fully automatic, where each vehicle is filled with the strictly necessary amount of fuel, based on the standard and the remaining fuel in the tank. So in manual mode, in which the driver enters the required amount of fuel on the keyboard of the fuel dispenser.

TRANSPORT MONITORING SUBSYSTEM

Each vehicle is equipped with monitoring system with GPS/GLONASS antenna, fuel flow and fuel level sensors.

Monitoring allows you to identify:

  • Fuel drains at any stage of the enterprise’s operation, from the receipt to the production process itself.
  • “Posts” in the route sheets.
  • Unauthorized departures.
  • Cases of violation of safety rules (speeding).
  • Increases the efficiency of the dispatch service.
  • Increases staff discipline.

OIL STOCK MANAGEMENT SUBSYSTEM

Oil stock management subsystem allows automatic acceptance of produce, storage and leave lubricants and technical liquids. We propose to automate warehouse lubricants identification system based on bar codes or RFID. This will allow full control of all processes associated with the logistics of lubricants, as well as prevent their theft. In addition, it is possible to integrate the warehouse management system into the procurement system in order to inform early on the need to order a new batch of material, control the shelf life, etc.

MES AUTOMATION SUBSYSTEM

Each process or fuel storage portion and dressings node equipped with a sensors kit and locking devices which will be managed by a PLC controller. All actuators (pumps, valves) are equipped with position or switch sensors, thus double monitoring the operation of critical sections of technological circuits. Also, all auxiliary systems will be controlled by automation: power supply, heating, ventilation, lighting, security system. The display of the process mnemonic diagrams will be carried out by the gas station operator and duplicated in the control room.

INTEGRATION WITH EXTERNAL SYSTEMS

Our information systems are integrated for two-way data exchange into all possible types of customer accounting systems.

And also in all security and access control systems.
