AUTOMATED REAGENT DOSING SYSTEMS
Reagent dosing systems from Astra-Group are designed taking into account the need to save expensive reagents. For this purpose, metering pumps are used in automatic reagent dosing systems. The reagent dosing system is carried out automatically, and the current control is carried out from the operator’s workstation or from the built-in control panel.
AUTOMATION OF THE REAGENT DOSING SYSTEM ALLOWS:
- Control the technical parameters of the dosing process – pressure, temperature, density of the composition. Other necessary parameters of reagents and change them in real time automatically, according to a predetermined algorithm;
- Automatically turn on and off pumps according to a given algorithm;
- АAutomatically manage the processes of mixing and delivery of substances;
- Disable the reagent dosing system in the event of dangerous situations, including on a signal from external systems, for example, a fire safety system;
- Control the mixing of reagents and control the dosing of reagents.
