The system for the automated ordering of workwear is built on the basis of a hardware-software complex developed by our company. Work clothes are ordered at self-service kiosks located in crowded places of the enterprise. Also, the order can be carried out from an office personal computer. User identification in the system is carried out using the existing access card to the enterprise or by name and password. When ordering, an employee can choose personal protective equipment only from what is appropriate for him by specialization and according to the standards of extradition. This information is obtained through integration from corporate ERP.
- When ordering, an employee is issued a coupon which indicates the place and date of receipt of the ordered kit.
- It is also possible to execute the system as a box-machine . Namely: self-service terminals with a set of automatic cells in which ready-made sets of protectives can be located, which will further reduce the load on the warehouse.
